I have not received an order confirmation, invoice, tracking number, etc. Why?

The number one reasons why customers do not receive anything from us is that they likely entered an incorrect email address, they have a spam filter turned on, or they are using a Hotmail email address which is likely filtering out notices from our email server. A second reason may be that your order has been delayed because you provided a shipping address that is different from the address on file with Paypal, your credit card, or we have been unable to confirm the shipping address as legitimate. We send you an order confirmation / invoice, at the time you submit payment, a tracking number when the order is prepared for shipment, and other notices. If you have not received anything, you should contact us because either we did not receive your order because it was not paid for or there is a problem with your email address.
