I sent a contact request through your website, but have not heard back from anyone. How do I contact you?

First, we respond to each and every contact request that is not spam.  If you have not received a response, please allow 72 hours.  We usually respond much faster, but if it is the weekend, holiday, or we are extremely busy, it may take up to 72 hours.   Both Hotmail and Gmail send email from us to your spam folder or sometimes block it completely.  Be sure and check your spam folder for our response.

When contacting us, be sure to ask your question.  Often, people contact us with just a statement.  Also, Stuart, the owner of the company personally responds to each and every contact request.  If you send a contact request that just says “call me at 404-555-#### ” you are likely to receive a email response back simply because Stuart is still a full time law enforcement officer working 40-60 hours a week.  He works nights, weekends, may be in court, etc and unless you want a phone call from him at 2 a.m in the morning waking you up, it is much better to correspond by email.  The contact form on our website is the fastest,most reliable way to contact him.  If you are not receiving a response, check your spam folder.  You may send a contact request by clicking here.
