My order shipped, but has not been delivered and there is no new tracking info. What now?

When we send you a tracking number, that does not mean your order has actually left our facility. What it does mean is that we have purchased a shipping label and prepared your order for shipment. Depending on holidays, time of day, pickup time, if it is a weekend, etc. all of these variables will determine when your order actually is picked up by the carrier. For example, if we purchase the label on a Friday afternoon, it may be Monday before your shipment is actually picked up by the carrier. Also, if we are really busy, it could take up to two business days for us to get to your order and prepare it for shipment. Also, if you are trying to ship to an address that is different from your credit card billing address or your confirmed Paypal shipping address, this will almost always delay your shipment while we try to confirm the order is not fraudulent. For fastest shipping, please use your confirmed billing address on file with your payment source.
Occasionally shipments are sent to the wrong city or hub by the shipping carrier. Sometimes it takes several days for the tracking information to be updated, corrected, and for the package to be re-routed to the correct city. While this is an unfortunate delay, it is beyond our control. Please give the carrier time to get the shipment to the correct destination. If your package has not been delivered within 7-10 business days after receiving a tracking number and there is no new updates, please let us know by using the contact us link above and be sure to include your order number so that we can check on your shipment.
